When it came to re-designing Abacus Restaurant on Chapel St, we knew we had a challenge: how can we refresh a popular meeting spot without alienating fans of the venue? Having previously designed Abacus All Day at Eastland, we understood the brand well enough to know what people love about it. We enhanced the touch points of the restaurant – the bar, the coffee servery, and the seating areas – to improve the function and aesthetic of Abacus without losing what everyone already loves.
